Bhutan Dream Photo Tour

Your photo tour leaders have led photo tours and workshops across the globe, and along with expert local guides, they’ll take you through the incredible landscapes and breathtaking natural beauty of this gem in the Himalayas. Nestled between India and Tibet, the remote and breathtaking Kingdom of Bhutan first opened its borders to tourists in 1974.

Hidden for centuries, this high himalayan paradise, with its ancient monasteries, unique architecture, untouched glacial mountain regions, subtropical forests, and diverse spectrum of various climates and terrains has continued to capture the imaginations and hearts of even the most seasoned of travellers.

Bhutan Photo Tour

Bhutan, The Land of Happiness.

While Bhutan is a land that offers unique and untapped photographic potential at nearly every turn, it’s also one of the most pleasant places to visit on earth. With a wealth of pristinely preserved cultural heritage and traditions, the people of Bhutan are kind, humble, generous, and always willing to share a window into their unique lives with the people around them. Bhutan often calls itself the richest county in the world but for the Bhutanese, wealth is not measured by finances or GDP, but rather by the pristine preservation of their unique cultural and historical identity through the concept of Gross National Happiness (GNH), which measures prosperity though the spiritual, physical, social and environmental health of its citizens and natural environment. This belief that wellbeing should take preference over material growth has become a shining beacon of hope for our modern world and it’s incredibly inspiring to experience in person.
